Export Sales Representative (M/F) – Northern Germany
📍 Located within 1 hour of Moussey (88), near the German border
📍 Frequent travel throughout Northern Germany
Your mission: Drive business development in Northern Germany
As an Export Sales Representative, you’ll join the Export team and report to the Sales Director. Your role is focused on business development and client acquisition, with a strong hunter mindset. You’ll inherit part of an existing client portfolio and will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the region.
Your responsibilities:
🔹 Prospecting & Business Development: Identify and engage new clients, particularly in the cheese production and sterilization sectors, which represent strategic growth areas.
🔹 Account Management & Customer Retention: Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients.
🔹 Sale of Technical Solutions: Present our equipment and support clients in their specific projects (stainless steel solutions for food processing, sterilization, smoking, etc.).
🔹 Negotiation & Follow-up: Manage the full sales cycle, from contract negotiation to long-term client support.
🔹 Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team and technical departments to ensure project follow-up.
🔹 Market Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales opportunities accurately and contribute to TSA’s development strategy in Northern Germany.
Your weekly routine:
✅ 2 to 3 days per week traveling in Northern Germany
✅ 1 day remote work
✅ 1 day on-site in Moussey (88) to collaborate with internal teams
What we’re looking for:
🎯 Education: 2–3 years of higher education in business or industrial technology
🎯 Experience: Proven success in business development in Germany, ideally within the agri-food industry or the industrial equipment sector
🎯 Technical skills: Understanding of mechanical drawings and 3D models (training available)
🎯 Languages: Fluent professional German required; English is a strong asset
🎯 Personal qualities: Energetic, independent, results-driven, and business-growth oriented
