Laederich Spinning Mill

The spinning mill was founded in 1836. It was headed successively until 1964, when the textile activity came to an end, by three big industrialist families - Charlot, Lung and, in 1897, Laederich - the last of whom gave its name t

CITN

Leader in stainless steel wire gas stove grates (large productions). Welded plastic/PVC fabrics (covers, firemen's clothing). Manufacture of mild steel wire frames (child seat frames, hangers, etc.).

TSA Inox- Acquisition by Mr. Kehr

CITN files for bankruptcy in 1980. Acquired by Mr. Kehr, CITN becomes TSA Inox.

Acquisition of FEMAD

Production site in Slovakia, halfway between Bratislava and Budapest. Subcontracting of sub-assemblies (rails, racks, etc.) on behalf of TSA.

TSA Inox - Acquisition by Mr. Vinay

Acquisition of Precifil

PRECIFIL was founded in 1924 in Châteaubriant, originally specializing in the manufacture of stainless steel household items, and gradually diversifying into other product groups.

TSA Industries - Bought by two investment funds

Creation of the “Financière Moussey” holding company and the “TSA Industries” brand.

Plastic operations discontinued

Definitive closure of Plastic operations: sold to MANUDO AD plast TN (Tunisia).
