Qualified personnel, the heart of the company

Our staff is one of TSA Inox’s major assets. We have ingenious, motivated and loyal teams for whom we provide continuous and regular professional training.

These teams, located in 3 historic production sites at the heart of Europe, bring together more than 220 employees with experience in a variety of fields including metallurgy, food processing and quality control.

Our people are the driving force behind our company. They combine competence, efficiency, flexibility and the desire to innovate. The efforts and initiatives of our staff are what have enabled TSA to hold a privileged position within stainless steel manufacturing since 1984, and what continue to fuel its growth in Europe and on the international scene today.

Environment

TSA Inox is strongly committed to environmental protection and takes concrete steps to protect the planet at every stage of the production process, including the design phase.

Innovation is a major focus of our development. TSA has its own wastewater treatment plant, which is regularly inspected to ensure it is as environmentally friendly as possible. We also invest in high-performance machinery, generally manufactured in France, Germany or Switzerland.

Our aim is always to produce more efficiently and with less pollution. Our teams are constantly striving to innovate and integrate the most appropriate procedures into our various production processes, in order to minimize waste and harmful materials.

A word from the Chairman

Building on its long-standing presence in the cheese-making and sterilization sectors, TSA INOX is pursuing its international expansion, underpinned by its well-established brand image over several decades, and the expertise of its stable, experienced teams.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have implemented rigorous development and project management procedures, from design to delivery, to guarantee the quality of the products we deliver.

We are constantly strengthening and upgrading our industrial facilities to make them ever more efficient, whilst maintaining competitive prices.

Product innovation is an integral part of our company culture, both in response to new developments in our customers’ processes, and in our ability to provide improvements and solutions to their manufacturing challenges.

Last but not least, we are actively developing our commitment to social and environmental responsibility, thanks to the pragmatism of our CSR policy.

Our commitments

The three cornerstones of TSA's commitment are social, environmental and ethical. The company strives to improve working conditions, reduce its ecological impact and ensure responsible practices at every level.

Social

  • Improve employee safety and working conditions, primarily through the gradual renovation of buildings and production facilities
  • Expand partnership with the local ESAT to promote employment of disabled people
  • Promote employment in France through our production, subcontracting and purchasing choices

Environment

  • Develop our surface treatment waste management process to achieve zero discharge into the natural environment and 100% recycling of treatment water
  • Improve the general condition of the site, through rapid and regular waste treatment, and the recurring “5S” actions
  • Reduce the volume of transport by decreasing the use of subcontractors and exceptional transport

Ethics

  • Actively combat material theft within the company
  • Reduce and control representation costs and expenses not related directly to the company’s activities and needs
  • Monitor the ethical practices of our suppliers, particularly in developing countries
